Rhondda Cluster is a group of local healthcare professionals, working together to deliver a better, integrated healthcare service for the people of Rhondda.

Promoting integrated healthcare for the people of Rhondda.
We are one of Wales’ 64 Primary Care Clusters. Our aim is to synchronise health and wellbeing services in Rhondda, to make sure you have access to the support, care and advice that you need. We provide unbiased, trusted advice on common medical concerns, so you can find reliable information and links to local support services near you. A diverse network of healthcare professionals
Rhondda Primary Care Cluster doesn’t just include GPs. We are a network of medical professionals, including opticians, pharmacists, therapists and social services, who are here to support you. By coming together under one cluster, we are better able to connect you with the best person or organisation to support your health and wellbeing. Our amazing team of volunteers are also available, offering support on an individual level to people in our community.
