What is RCT Together?
RCT Together is an initiative led by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council that works in partnership with local people, community groups, and organisations to help build strong, supportive, and resilient communities across the area.
What does RCT Together do?
RCT Together provides practical support for individuals and helps community-led ideas become reality. Whether you need help personally or want to make a difference locally, the initiative is here to help.
Community Resilience Hubs
There are seven Community Resilience Hubs across Rhondda Cynon Taff. These are welcoming spaces where anyone can drop in for information, advice, and guidance.
Whether you’re facing housing issues, financial worries, social isolation, or simply looking for support in your area – the hubs are a great place to start.
