PIPYN – A Free Healthy Living Programme for Families

PIPYN is a free programme that helps families develop healthier habits around food, activity, and daily routines.

What is PIPYN?

If you live in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, or Taff Ely and have a child aged 3–7, you can join this fun, tailored support programme without needing a referral.

How Does PIPYN Help?

Families taking part receive support with everyday topics like eating well on a budget, meal planning, shopping habits, affordable food, healthy recipes, screen time, active play, family routines, and more.

Sessions are delivered by friendly health and wellbeing professionals and are designed to suit your family’s everyday life. You’ll take part in fun, practical activities and come away with achievable ways to support long-term changes at home.

How Do I Get Involved?

PIPYN is completely free and open to all eligible families – there’s no need for a GP referral.
